Jonathan Horne was Chairman of the British Antique Dealer's Association 2001-2004 and is a former Vice-President of the Society for Post-Medieval Archaeology.  He is currently President of St John Ambulance, Kingston Division, a Freeman of the City of London, a Liveryman of the Stationers' Company, and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries.  He was instrumental in the founding of a new City of London Guild, The Guild of Arts Scholars, Dealers and Collectors, set up on behalf of all those involved in the decorative arts and is currently their Hon. Founder Clerk and Upper Warden. Christopher Banks has worked with Alistair Sampson Antiques for twenty-five years and has been a director for fifteen.
